Hi,
Here is the best way to ensure that you get to play all the games here on GG and other sites.
Doing what I will tell you to do is the best remedy to solve these issues.
No matter what your system, but it does matter for Vista for some reason, check and ensure you have ALL Updates for the system.
Vista has just had 2 Driver updates for graphics and to fix an issue with working with Java.
So, to start off, get your system Updated.
Next, you will test your system to see what versions of Java you have, what Flash Plug-in you have, for the Java to work in the games.
Go to:
www.secunia.com/softwareinspector
and run their free test of your system.
You can run the short scan, or the complete scan, and depending on your connection, it will take about 12 minutes to do it.
The results will show as either a green check mark (meaning its OK), or a Red X to show its out of date or no version detected.
If it shows its wrong, it will give a link to get the newer version, and will also explain what to do to uninstall the old version.
When you go to Adobe's website to update, there are 4 things you can download and install with all the updates in it.
Java control, Flash Player/plug in, Adobe reader, and Adobe Player.
You can just click on each one individually, allow it to download (it will overwrite the old or installed version in your system), then follow instructions if it says to restart computer.
Then go back and download another one until you get all of them in your system.
When you download anything from Adobe, it will say "when you can see the logo for ______ then it was installed correctly.
Once you have all these done, and you have UPDATED your system, there should be no more issues from Java.
Then, every 2 weeks, go into your control panel, click on Java, and click on "Update" to see if they have any new versions out.
Be careful when downloading, UNCHECK the box where it say to download the google toolbar..lol

Hi I have been playing this Stormy Weather Slot since around 9 am, continuously on AUTO for 8 hours...I can't even get a 4 Same Symbol, and the jackpot shows 85548....
Is my machine messed up or does this appear to be the actual Jackpot since I can't seem to win anything bigger than the three suns....and bonus rounds of course...
But you would think after 8 hours continual play that jackpot would be won, or has it ever gotten to 85, 664 before....
Please let me know if my machine is messed up. I have spent over 8000 GG;s and don'w want to use them all if I should log off and relog in...I don't want to lose my status by clicking off

1.On your keyboard, press the Print Screen button, which should be to the right of F12 (and above Insert).
2. Open Paint (found in your programs list under Accessories).
Create a new document.
3. Go to Edit and click Paste (or press Ctrl+V).
That should place the screenshot you have taken into the editor.
4. Go up to File, save the image as a .jpg and upload the image somewhere on your computer so you can find it.
If you want a picture of the whole window press the printscreen key at the top of the keyboard. It will save the picture to your clipboard. You will then need to put it into a document to save it or make changes to it.
If you just want a picture of the active window press alt and printscreen. The picture will be put on your clipboard and you'll need to paste it into wherever you want to use it.

Usually I get a letter right away saying that you received my high roller bonus. I didn't get anything today. Also I can't play match game daily & stormy slots. Please help me. I sure do hate being negative. I work hard to remain positive here EVERY DAY. I use all my points EVERY DAY. I did win the radom jackpot once this week though... it was for a whopping 114 points! WEEEEEEE! and then of course on the salad slots I won two knock-out plays, so went there immediately and both were NO WINS. But that is not what bothers me. What REALLY makes me negative is when I look into the surveys, casino reviews, the other review area... NOTHING AVAILABLE! I am really not sure why they are even listed here as a way to get points! You know what... I am not even really negative at this point... I am just TIRED. This site makes me TIRED. I try to get my free points for the day... OH NO, NOT TODAY, THAT GAME IS DOWN. I try to see if I can make a casino match to give me a ray of hope, NOPE THAT GAME IS DOWN TOO. Okay, so in a last ditch effort I run to the Trivia game... ya, you got it... IT IS OF COURSE DOWN. Perhaps if I make a duplicate account and can make my day complete by being publicly humiliated, and then the madness would finally end... hmmmmm.............. sounds like FUN at this point! LOL!
