Hiya John,
Have a question for the guru, lol. I have recently purchased a new laptop with vista and things here on gg aren't going so well. I feel that it has something to do with java but am too timid to play with the settings. Any suggestions?

Haven't been around in a while; and trying to log back into TAG. Repeatedly sent back to log in page; and too dumb to understand the allowing cookies in security to open up for log in. Please explain how I do this in in "dummy" terms.

They fix Mac's, any Windows, ans well as other systems or browsers.
They even help set up networks, software, AV, or any programs you have, or any other equipment you want to add.
These are some really experienced Experts in the field, and I subscribe to one of them and get unlimited support at any time 24/7/365 for a low monthly fee.
Check each website for details, and read what they do, the costs of the monthly fee, and FAQ's.
Personally, I subscribe to support.com with their monthly fee. They have fixed my system 3 times in 2 months, so I do get my money's worth from them.

Note:
I have tested both sites, but tend to like support.com better because it looks like they offer more in repairing, but I tend to do thing a little different.
They do charge a 1 time set-up fee, but after that, then its smooth sailing.

Hi All,
As you are aware that Vista is an elephant to other systems using 90% of the resourses.
Well, Good News.
Windows 7 launches in Oct 2009.
Microsoft has contacted all manufacturers that use Vista as their OEM versions, Installed versions via upgrades from the XP systems and they are to offer FREE upgrades to the new Windows 7 for free, or at a very deeply discounted price.
This is and will only be available to the Home Premium Edition and above for posibly the Free upgrade.
Note: It is not for sure because it is up to the individual manufacturer if they will give you the Free version with licensing key.
I will update this post as I get more information as to who will offer it free and who will make you pay.
Microsoft is pushing to have them all give it away for free to systems purchased with Vista installed.
Windows 7 runs and uses only 1/3 of the resourses that vista uses, and you have the option to select what you want to load or run.
This means it will load, operate, and run faster than xp.
