My first experience was excellent. My friends computer was hijacked and had a couple of trojans hidden. His computer seemed like it had a mind of it`s own. It would open it`s own web pages, tells you that your computer is infected and then takes you to a website to try and download somesoftware. It constantly changes your homepage.
Anyway, I joined Geeks To Go, and was assigned one of their technical experts. Most of them are well trained, because Geeks To Go send their experts through Geeks University before they are allowed to assist other members. It`s like having your own technician coming out to fix your computer.
They will guide you step by step to correct anything that is wrong on your computer, and the good thing is that they will always be there in the future.

I cannot log onto TAG have tryed several times and even tryed to signup again and it tells me email already in use.I said something about this last week in Chat But didnt get a answer I love GG and I want to upgrade on TAG So need everything reset or alittle Help!!!

littlebit | DOUBLE JACKPOT FOR TAG MEMBERS
I see that the jackpots are double on certain gaimes for Gold Tag Members.
Are the points showing on the game represent the points already doubled, or are they supposed to double when they pay out?
For Example, if the Celbrity 5 Jackpot on Big Scratch show 336 points, is that the points I should get, or are those points supposed to double for Tag Members?
Just wondering.

littlebit | re changes to GG and joining TAG
Not sure if this is the place but can anyone tell me how long we have till things change here at GG, I was at TAG site which I am only a "silver" member right now but need to get/fund a PayPal in order to change membership, wondered how much longer games etc. will be functioning here at GG. Maybe John or any of other member/staff in the know, if you read this can post for me and maybe anyone else whose wondering?

Hi all, I`m hoping since this is the "member support forum" that this is where someone will be able to tell me what it means... sometimes I log in and once I log in there is a "siren" type noise and the right side is flashing "Exacta will Jackpot"... the first time it scared the peep out of me, now I`m just curious, really curious (and ya I know curiousity can be dangerous) but... someone please let me know if there is something I am suppose to doing/going when that happens. I tried asking GAIA but well, didn`t understand question.

| what happens if...
Hi out there, have a little problem, a few times there has been some "site" connection problems that I have had (and a few others) and tonight I was playing free lotto and won a "standard" voucher.. I wrote the information down (game # & voucher #) just in case but I tried to click on "claime" but the page wouldn`t load. I kept the pages up, thinking if I gave it some time, but still noppa... nothing, it starts to load and then goes to the "internal ISP" error, cannot load page:
I know some of you have experienced not being able to play, I was told it`s due to our ever growing membership (in otherwords the place was busy busy busy).
If anyone can tell me if I have just lost this or if there is a way of still claiming it, I`d appreciate the direction.

Not sure if I`m supposed to post here or not, but I can`t use my toolbar this morning. I know last night before I signed off, the site was having some sort of seizure, so I thought maybe it was a result of that? Everything seems to be working ok for me this morning except for the toolbar. I went in and read the info for it...and the problem I`m having is the message claiming invalid username or password, so I did what it said...click the "Login" button, click the "Login" button, click the "Login" button, click the "Login" button...but it didn`t work. I then deleted/uninstalled the toolbar and re-installed it...still the same message. I went to live help, but after about an hour (I never know how long to wait before exiting politely, lol), didn`t see anyone so decided to try and post here. Any suggestions or other instructions?? Thanks so much!!
