anyone having problems getting verified at the club casino's???? heen a club customer for years now. have made several withdrawls even made one last week. now am told I have to verify my identity. tried twice with digital camera, was able to read all my info clearly, then emailed to alladin. was told twice that they couldn't read my info. yikes frustration abounds.

First time depositors, you will have a chance to deposit $25, but after the first time you can ONLY deposit $50!

| Free play - sometimes you get what you pay for!
I received junk mail advertising $50 free to play blackjack at a no download site. No credit card info req'd, so I figured I'd try it. Their website lists their recent winners on slot games and video poker games, but I could not find these games. I contacted live support, only to find out that the games are coming soon!! (I guess that means the winners listed by name, date, and amount are coming soon too? LOL
Its not a site that advertises on GG, and I am not listing the name so I don't get in trouble, but as always, buyer beware!

back in september i deposited $ 37 & i got a bonus of $ 37 & there was a play thru of 30 times. i ran this up about $ 600 & requested a withdrawal of $ 580. i had supply a bunch of info which they was received in due course. a week went by , i contacted casino again it seems i violated the bonus rules & they were only processing a $ 500 refund because i had played some video poker & put $ 80 back in my players account. a week goes bye & i am wondering where my withdrawal is. contacted casino today & management had voided my withdrawal because of the video poker play. i had played about 30 games of video poker & think i lost money, what's new. at the time i was playing video poker i was over a $ 1000 up. this seems totally unfair...thanks barry

| what constitutes a 30 day deposit?
i deposited $50 to slotland on the 29th of december and $25 on the 12th of january. is this not $50 or more in a 30 day period? they turned down my CS win because they said i did not meet the deposits. i wrote them and told them about my card records. i hope they correct their records. i dont play CS when i havent deposited enough so as not to take a win away from a depositing player. hope this works out.
they fixed it!!!! WOOOOOHOOOO

i just got off the phone with RV and i am miffed. First they took away all the jackpot games and i stayed with them anyway. then they stopped sending checks for the cashout. i stayed with them anyway. (even though this is a problem for me) today they took away the monthly loyalty bonus!! i checked my account and it was not there, so i called and they hit me with the bad news. (no prior warning). Fortune Lounge Group has turned into total crap.
