| It's not a problem.. really but..
If anyone with an account @ Buzzluck Casino please let me know what they're deposit/withdrawal methods are.. I have tried the links to get some "banking info" but each time it says "sign-up".. not much sense for me to sign up if they don't have a deposit method I can use.
Their site looks great, inviting etc. it reminds me of one of the land based ones we go to locally but looks can be decieving, right *lol* .. seriously I would like to support them if they have what I need.
Since there are a couple of other casinos that GG supports that use like Neteller myself being Canadian can't use so I'm a little limited at which sites I can support, I need either Moneybookers/ UseMyBank or Instabet.. so.. if anyone knows if they have either of these.. for sure.. could you let me know and then I can go sign up and support!

this is not a problem as such. i put in for a high roller bonus and i accidentally hit the 7 sultans button instead of Royal Vegas. i already wrote to them and put in for the correct casino so all is well, i guess. just wanted t let you know that i had a blond or senior moment and hope i did not cause too much fuss. sorry about that chief.

can anyone give me any information on what to do if a casino owes you money and just isn't paying you? I've never had this problem before and don't know where to turn. Lucky 18 (RTG) casino owes me money and it's been a month since I cashed out and they aren't paying me or answering e-mails or anything else. I didn't play on any kind of bonus and they have all my paperwork. All's legit, they're just not paying out. Is there anyone I can go to for help? Any advice anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE
After a sending a very expressive email to support (u can imagine how expressive I can be, lol) and over a period over 5 weeks, they have now turned around and apologized for what occurred. They have placed $500 unrestricted back into my account and I have requested a payout of $300 (I originally won $1400 when my problems at cashing out arose). At least they have the decency to follow up (especially Dave @ Pitbull) and hopefully they and their "chat" staff will be more careful in the future.
I will say that I had very carefully read all their terms and conditions and had followed them to the letter.

Hi anyone who happens to read this, I am in need of some help. I opened an account with Grand Hotel Casino after reviewing their website and their "deposit options" (I use Moneybookers to play) They list Moneybookers as one of their newer methods available but.. after installing, registering I went to make a deposit and guess what.. No Moneybookers.. so I made a couple using my other option "UseMyBank" but that costs me so I hate to use it.. I contacted the casino, they think I'm nuts I'm sure and suggested I uninstall and re-install because it's suppose to be 2 or 3 above another one, and they can see it from their end.. so I did what they suggested.. same.. no Moneybookers so I thought about it and said to self "ok maybe the link from GG site (rate casinos) is an older version, I'll try downloading from their homepage.. so much for me thinking... still no Moneybookers, so... my question is...
Does anyone else play at Grand Hotel and use Moneybookers as their method of deposit? I wrote them back, stated I have no problem using it anywhere else so it can't be due to fact I'm Canadian but haven't hear back again yet... I could really use some suggestions here cuz I'm invested already and would hate to let one go that "we" support here.
Maybe someone else has this problem, I'd sure like to hear back from "someone"
