any help appreciated...
can anyone give me any information on what to do if a casino owes you money and just isn't paying you? I've never had this problem before and don't know where to turn. Lucky 18 (RTG) casino owes me money and it's been a month since I cashed out and they aren't paying me or answering e-mails or anything else. I didn't play on any kind of bonus and they have all my paperwork. All's legit, they're just not paying out. Is there anyone I can go to for help? Any advice anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Re: any help appreciated...
Because this casino doesn't sponsor Lucky18, we can't get involved in this matter. However, my suggestion is that you join Casinomeister, an excellent watchdog service. When you do that, you will have access to the Lucky18 casino rep by sending him a personal message from the Casinomeister site.
http://www.casinomeister.com/
After you join, you will find the casino rep listed in the section titled : I-Gaming Forum Reps
Good luck. I hope this all works out for you.

Re: any help appreciated...
Thanks, Trish, but I've been a member of Casinomeister for years and years and never thought of going to him. Then end of last week I e-mailed him. Lucky 18 has no rep with him, but I got the site for complaints to RTG and they've contacted the casino already. They're quick!!! I hope this is resolved soon, too. I want that $10,000. Did you know that if you get 5 of those little bonus doggies in jackpot pinata on 1 roll, it pays $10,000??? me neither... till I did it. WhooooooooHoooooooooooo!!! Now, if I can just get my money.
Again, thanks for your reply.
Big hugs... dee.

Re: any help appreciated...
FInd out who has issued their gaming license - for example, if the site under an Alderney License, one can report the issue directly to them.
Generally, any type of dispute of this naature - can and will lead to the casino operator losing thier license (and/or bif fines) - if the governing body rules in your favour
Hope this helps mate
