I posted before about an issue of fraudulent charges made by a casino against my debit card on my bank account which put my account at MINUS -1800.00. The whole posting can be found in this forum a few pages back. Needless to say it was very very very trying. This all happened the first week of May 2006. I had tried working with the bank only to hear 'tough cookies' over and over. I ended up contacting the OCC and filed a complaint against the bank. WILL WONDERS NEVER CEASE!!!! CHECKED MY MAILBOX YESTERDAY AND THERE WAS A CHECK FROM THE BANK FOR THE FULL.. YES I SAID FULL.. AMOUNT!!! There was a letter stating that 'perhaps the bank representatives could have done better explaining the process to me.'.. and get this.. 'at this time you are not welcome to become a Bank----- customer again'. WELL HURT MY FEELINGS ROFL Like I would choose that bank againt after a battle lasting 6 months to get them to own up to their failures!! Anyway, there may be hope after all folks!!! I wish you all the best in your battles!!!

I want to tell you about Casino Vega/Bingo Vega http://www.casinovega.com, http://www.bingovega.com and my negative encounter with them.
I joined their casino site and deposited funds to play, and they automatically deposited their standard bonus after I played enough of my own money to qualify for it.
I kept playing and hit $1000.00 on the "Three Times the Riches" slot game. After that win I was up to 1,200.00 +. I made a request for $500.00 cash out. Of course they immediately removed their bonus as I expected they would. I did not use any part of their bonus to win what I won, it was won with my own money.
After waiting the required days to have my withdrawal processed, it was placed back into my account. When I asked support for the reason, I was told that I had wagered 1,900 + and I needed to wager 4,500 which was 20x my deposit + 20x their bonus that they had removed.
I proceeded to play until I had wagered over 4,500 as they stated I do. At this point I had $800. left and requested a full $800 withdrawal. After waiting the few days for them to process, there was no process done. I again asked support what the problem was and was told then I could not get my money because I had multiple accounts which was forbidden. I did NOT set up mulitple accounts with them. After several heated back and forth conversations, I was able to get the IP address from them who they claimed was me that opened other accounts. The IP they gave me was in a completely different State on the East Coast. I am located in Central US.
Bottom line, I have been cheated out of $800.00 by this casino/bingo hall and I want people to know it is a bad place to play to hopefully stop someone from loseing their money there.
Getting stiffed does not feel good and hopefully no other person will have the experience I did.

This really isn't a problem just thought I might be able to help someone. Made a deposit into BoDog it was accepted but my balance kept showing zero. I wrote customer support and they said it was in there. Spent over 3 hours trying to find it. Finally found it, when you make a deposit into bodog it goes into the sportsbook so when you are in the casino, click on cashier and click purchase (even though you just made a deposit) and you will see your money, put in the amount you have available and they transfer it to your casino account immediately. The instructions for this are under casino download so it was very difficult to find so I thought maybe I could save someone some time if they were looking for their money. Ann
