I read the casino's promotions and it seem GOOD! I joined and made my 1st deposited and was awards my inistial bonus as my 2nd deposited of usd50.00 there is no bonuses as what was mention, I email the support, 'NO' reply, follow 2nd email to its promotion manager still 'NO' reply. I GIVE-UP I am stupid to belive its casino up right. therefore I advise this forum members don't be like me. Know doubt is a small monie to them but big to me.They preach but they dont honour they words. But the problem with them they 'GUTS' to email me of their promotions. Dont they know what they are writing??..

OMG! I live in Canada and one of my casino accounts was banned! Why? It all had to do with AOL. Somehow the IP address that was showing up at the casino showed that I lived in the US. Well after about an hour of telling the casino that I didn't live in the US and them checking my deposit methods of Usemy bank ( wich can only be done with a Canadian bank account). They finally checked all records and said, "Oh sorry I guess you are a Canadian!" All fixed... better make sure your IP address is not messed up too. LOL Sandygirl

I didn't get a email but noticed in another forum that these casino's was no longer taking players from the USA Mummys Gold jackpot in a Flash Piggs Peaks Spin Palace Ruby Fortune
so I went to check sure enough all r locked no email no nothing I know I had alot of loyality points at each 1 now I know how those are feeling that can't play at any casino
hadn't played at these in a while but a email would have been good customer support
lol also logged in Monaco Gold just for the heck of it they gave me a $20 bonus tried live chat sat there for 20 minutes to see if they still allowed USA players and they never came to the live chat so I thought what the hell I will give it a shot an play none of the games was playable what a joke lol

I have been playing at casino cameo for a few months now but then just about 2hrs ago i got a promotional email from them the email was an invitation for the Elite challenge tourniment but when i logged into my account and asked the online support how to enter i was told that casino cameo wasn't on the elite challenge and the promotion does not exist. Well now I can't seem to get thru to them because i made a decent withdraw a few days ago. so are we not allowed to gamble from the U.S. anymore or what and are they still going to give me my withdraw.
