do not play at PLAY UNITED CASINO they are nothing but a big rippoff i have deposit on average $1000 a month here for a couple of months now, havent used any coupons latly cause the playthough is so high. just in the last 2 days i deposit over $200 did not use any coupons, so went to live support to ask if there a was a free bonus chip i could get for all the deposits i had mad for the last 2days, OMG can u beleive they accused me of being an abuser of bonuses. lol this is so freeking stupid. any i said hell no im not an abuser and they should enjoy the profits they made off me cause they dang sure wouldnt getting anymor of my hard earned money. and that i would be telling all my friends. so here i am telling all of you to stay away from this casino, they want your money but dont care about you. THANK GOD JOHN THIS IN NOT ONE OF YOUR SPONSERS and please stay away from them thank you for listening and letting me blow a little steam.

Entered 50 GG in Sweepstakes drawing Gold Joker popped up & was instructed to go to the Vegas Palms to obtain bonus, but can't get to the site get message stating site is busy, or firewall took closed firewall still can't get to site. What next? Thanks for your help

Hi I dont have so much of a problem with the casino really just unerstanding their slots I was playing the slot game paraphers gold at first i was betting the min 5p on 3 coins max and i got the top win wich payed x100 = $5 I then changed the bet to 25c max coins play and again i got the top win but this time the win paid were x50 = $12.50 where is the logic or am i stupid ledoche

Well I have e-mailed tiki bingo twice and have gotten no response from them. First I was having a hard time depositing and then finally after being patient I got it to work a couple days later (without any help from them). A second e-mail was sent because I was confused on how the bonus bucks worked.
A side note - Read the rules and conditions of their bonus offer, unfortunately I read it after it was too late, I had just assumed (Yes I know what they say lol)it worked like the bonuses everywhere else. But you can only use the bonus as it comes available while purchasing bingo cards or scratch tickets. Slots do not count. Of course I found this out after I lost my deposit amount on the slots. lol. Oh well. They can keep their bonus bucks, they just lost a customer.
On a lighter note. I must say the VIP.com (VIPCASINOS) is great. Quick, fast and helpful customer service. Great playing, Quick Payouts.. Loved it so much I referred two friends there. See what happens when you treat a customer well.

This is technically not a problem but didnt want to post it in main forum and get in trouble just in case... I played in tourney the other day.. Didnt place in the $$ but ended up doubling my deposit playing the slots on site. Did a withdrawal and checked to see process time. "24 hour hold then 1-2 days processing time" not to bad.. But I want to stop myself from reversing my wins again... Called and YIPPEE.. They flushed the account so I cant reverse it now.. I will have cash on Neteller to do a Deal this weekend.. That was wonderful. I play at one site very regularly.. but takes up to 5 days to process and get withdrawal thru.. I usually end up reversing and then losing it all.. Not this time.
Question is .... Do most casino's do a flush if requested? Dont want to name the one I play at but have never been given that option there. Feel like they just keep monies for longer time knowing that some if not most will reverse and end up losing. Am I wrong for thinking this....
Anyhow.. Thanks for the wonderful site..

I just wanted to let other gomegambling members know that I am having problems with getting my withdrawal at 32vegas (via Casinopays.com). I took the 320% bonus offer and wagered accordingly, even chatting with them to verify all conditions. This I met and was lucky to win $1000. They are asking me to fax/email photoID. I dont have photoID but have faxed bank statements, etc to verify myself. I use Neteller and have never had any problems in the years that I have been playing. I think they just dont want to pay and want to warn others not to deposit in fear that they too may not be able to collect winnings! If anybody has any ideas, email me.. I dont want to have to spend money on a passport to get my winnings which they may not pay me anyway.
Just an add on at this point... The weekend is over and after much emailing back and forth, they have agreed to send the money to my Neteller account. (9/5/6). I am glad because I have never had any problems in the past and I would like to have faith that all the casinos I play with will be fair, reputable and pay out winnings as expected.
The problem continues.... Sept 11/06 they have changed their minds and reversed my withdrawal. I guess I was right all along. Stay away from these guys!!
UPDATE:
Today Sept 22, I received my cheque from 32vegas.com after I had taken my problem to several casino portals and Playtech. I wish to thank everyone who helped. Without their help I am sure I would have never seen the money. Thanks Ken

For those who dont know, May 4/5 my checking account was hit for $2200.00 in unauthorized charges from an online casino. My son just happened to go to the bank on May 5th, and found out the account was in the negative. He told the bank manager that wasn't possible, and when shown a printout of the transactions told the manager that these were not our charges. The managers response was 'well they expire at midnite, maybe they wont go through'. I have been put through emotional hoops by my bank. They say that the manager was not responsible to follow up on the information because the transactions werent posted yet. Well.. yeah.. my balance was -$1800.00.. to me thats posted. Next, due to illness I might not have phoned them within the 60 day limit to notify them from the time the statement was sent out. To this moment, I have been putting off calling them this whole week because I just couldnt stand to hear them say.. 'tough chit'. Well, tonite I went online and found something called the Federal Reserve... sounds familiar right? Well, seems that any bank with N.A at the end of their name is required to be a member of the Federal Reserve and has to follow their regulations. Now, the Federal Reserve has this nice little regulation called Regulation E. Very dang interesting regulation. If you have had trouble with your bank and an online issue.. well.. you need to read that regulation. As pertains to me.... regulation e.. 205.7 (5) iii reads like this... "notice may be considered constructively given when the institution becomes aware of circumstances leading to the reasonable belief that an unauthorized transfer to or from the consumers account has been or may be made.

I plan on talking to the bank today and afterwards I will edit to add the outcome. But for right now, I feel hopeful for the first time in a while.
cont. Talked to bank and my my did they have an excuse for every action and inaction. Initially I was told the bank had determined, with the help of their legal counsel, that they held no responsibility. I refuted every loophole she dove into, and at the end let her know that I had already contacted my local newspaper and would be happy to contact the local radio and television channels so they could make public this travisty of justice. "Here I am a sad old disabled woman on a fixed income, and I am being put through financial ruin by companies in other countries and thats bad enough, but now on top of that my own bank is adding insult to injury by failing to do what they know to be the right thing." Funny, suddenly I am now being 'sent upstairs' to her boss. I called the OCC.. office of the coin commission.. who regulates banks activities as it pertains to the rights and responsibilities of its consumers. I had already instigated the process of filing a complaint against my bank. But today I had questions regarding terms of that regulation E. After speaking to a very nice person there, the last thing I heard clearly was... "we are here to represent you in issues just like this, and as far as I can tell, based on the information you have given me, your money should be returned immediately.' So, I feel better, I got to be informed when I called the bank, I spoke with conviction and rightous indignation, but without raising my voice or being argumentative. I defended myself with quoting chapter and verse the regulations that they didnt know I had knowledge of. I am holding them to the standards they should hold themselves to. So for now, the day is done, and tomorrow we see what happens. Thank you for reading this long posting. And I hope it has helped someone of you to feel hope in a sometimes seemingly hopeless situation.

I read their T & C before I downloaded and playing with their $25.00 Free. I did not read anything on the Casino Home Page T & C like the T & C link they Emailed to me after I requested the cashout of $225.00. I got lucky you see and after I had fufilled my betting requirements on the free $, I was up over $225.00 I requested A cashout and they requesteded Documents to prove who I am for thier security. I sent them in and received Email with link to totaly diferent T & C and stating that I can only cashout up to $100.00 and I must 1st make a deposit of half the cashout amount. This would mean that I deposit $50.00 to get $100.00, and I have no problem with that, BUT, I am not willing to deposit a dime untill I find out if they are ligitimate and Honorable site. I wish they were a sponsor of GG. :-) I have searched for info at GG & other news group / Gambling portals but have yet to find anything. The Name of this Casino is Texas Golden and it is part of Play United. Any info would be greatly appriciated. Thamk you to whom ever responds to this post. I only have 4 more days to complete this transactino, by depositing. If they are ligit then I guess I've at least made $50.00. And possibly more if I win with my deposit. And I will definately tell them to get there butts over here to GG and check us out !! I want to do a Bonus Auction deal here and open a New Acount with a GG sponsor using the winnings from this casino, but I need to know more about them before I stick my neck out any farther.
