I have had a Neteller withdrawal pending for four days and still haven't received it. I find this highly unusual as they generally process these in less than 24 hours.Also, they haven't responded to my email inquiry concerning this. It's not even winnings I'm attempting to cashout but just my deposit after an extremely long session of going no where. Does anyone have any information on possible payment problems here ?

I am not exactly sure which forum to use to ask this, and I apologize if this is the wrong one. My question is concerning a converison I requested last night with Roxy Palace, my favorite casino of all.
I went to my member page and had a conversion available at Roxy--so I withdrew my points to convert.
I recieved an e-mail from them stating that it was refused because I was not within my limit.
However, I converted over a month ago, and a few days after that, claimed a high-rooler bonus.
So I went to the high roller page, and a bonus there is available in 1.7 days.
If I can claim these within days of each other, then my conversion should be good, and I realize that I cannot claim the high-roller bonus until this coming Sunday. Are these both considered conversions -- or are they 2 totally different entities???
Confused???!!!!

I made a $50 deposit into my casino account using firepay and then just about 2 weeks later i had a few wins at the casino i then requested a payout of $400 to my neteller account so once the currencie was converted i was paid £105 into neteller. A day later i win some more and requested payout for $600 Later that day i was contacted by firepay their was a problem with the direct debit from my bank so after checking with the bank for a reason why the dirct debit hadn't gon though i found all of my direct debits had been deleted from my account from my online service in error. So i then asked for firepay to resubmit their mandate for the direct debit to the bank and in the mean time i would also send them a check to cover the costs since it takes 2 weeks to setup the direct debit and they didn't accept payment by debit card.
A few hours later i discovered my withdrawal from the casino had been succesful in consfication to the casino along with another $200 that was in my casino account and i still had to pay firepay.
Is there anything i can do about any of this?

| well the legislation is officially on the move!!
i received emails from 6 different casinos saying they were closing my account as per the rules of the new legislation in the United States banning the games online.  carynvicki

You guys might want to read this, even though I won at this casino and did receive my withdrawal in a timely manner these issues still need to be addressed. I have not received a single solitary bonus from this casino. Nor has a single e-mail been returned. (of 3). The e-mail listed below is in regards to a conversion of a $20.00 bonus from GG points. The beginning is my response to the e-mail I had received in regards to the bonus.
That is truly disappointing, so you guys punish those
who have won. The stipulation at gonegambling states
that the only condition was that my last deposit
didn't result in a withdrawal.. Nowhere does it state
that your lifetime balance with the casino has to
result in a loss. Nevermind the fact that I didn't
even receive my first deposit bonus nor my second
deposit bonus and both of my e-mails went unanswered.
So I guess you don't value your customers or keep your
part of the bargain.. I will be happy to share all of
this information with the rest of my gambling friends
and online community.

i have deposit on average $1000 a month here for a couple of months now, havent used any coupons latly cause the playthough is so high. just in the last 2 days i deposit over $200 did not use any coupons, so went to live support to ask if there a was a free bonus chip i could get for all the deposits i had mad for the last 2days, OMG can u beleive they accused me of being an abuser of bonuses. lol this is so freeking stupid. any i said hell no im not an abuser and they should enjoy the profits they made off me cause they dang sure wouldnt getting anymor of my hard earned money. and that i would be telling all my friends. so here i am telling all of you to stay away from this casino, they want your money but dont care about you.

Entered 50 GG in Sweepstakes drawing Gold Joker popped up & was instructed to go to the Vegas Palms to obtain bonus, but can't get to the site get message stating site is busy, or firewall took closed firewall still can't get to site. What next? Thanks for your help

I dont have so much of a problem with the casino really just unerstanding their slots
I was playing the slot game paraphers gold at first i was betting the min 5p on 3 coins max and i got the top win wich payed x100 = $5
I then changed the bet to 25c max coins play and again i got the top win but this time the win paid were x50 = $12.50 where is the logic or am i stupid

gazelle | Tiki Bingo Customer Service NON Existent.
Well I have e-mailed tiki bingo twice and have gotten no response from them. First I was having a hard time depositing and then finally after being patient I got it to work a couple days later (without any help from them). A second e-mail was sent because I was confused on how the bonus bucks worked.
A side note - Read the rules and conditions of their bonus offer, unfortunately I read it after it was too late, I had just assumed (Yes I know what they say lol)it worked like the bonuses everywhere else. But you can only use the bonus as it comes available while purchasing bingo cards or scratch tickets. Slots do not count. Of course I found this out after I lost my deposit amount on the slots. lol. Oh well. They can keep their bonus bucks, they just lost a customer.
On a lighter note. I must say the VIP.com (VIPCASINOS) is great. Quick, fast and helpful customer service. Great playing, Quick Payouts.. Loved it so much I referred two friends there. See what happens when you treat a customer well.
