| Raceway Casio Highest Comp Conversion Online?
You had better be a high roller if you want to convert your comp points to chips at Raceway Casino! Unlike the rest of the casinos in the Hardway Investments Ltd group of 7 Playtech sites as well as nearly every other Playtech site on the planet ($10 in wagers earns 1 comp point, 100 comp points earned can be conveted to $1 in casino chips or 25 cents in wagers earns 1 comp point and 4000 comps can be converted to $1 in casino chips - both ratios are the same - $1000 in wagers will earn enough comps for $1 in chips). But what's wrong with Raceway? They start out OK - $10 in wagers in the casino earns 1 comp point BUT LOOK AT THE CONVERSION! 4000 comp points must be earned to exchange for each $1 casino chip! If you do the math, you must wager $40,000 in the casino to earn enough points to get $1! A new world record? If anyone knows of a more miserly comp ratio than this one (yes, it even beats Fortune Lounge!) I'd be interested in hearing about it.

I won a bonus on a GL after 72 hours and no bonus I forwarded my winning email to the address specified in the email. I know my deposits are in order .
My question is how long should I wait before bothering John with this or should I send the winning email again to the casino?
It would be great if somewhere on the site it said how to handle such situations , no one wants to bother John or Deb if possible. Kinda of a guide so we dont get ourselves in trouble.
So if your sure youve met requirements after 72 hours forward the gg email to the email addy within the winning email .

It happened to me three times at VIP Casino. They have never refunded any of it. I got mixed up too, and deposited at the wrong casino.
On the other hand, VIP Casinos is a great place to deposit and play.

dear john,
i am SO ANGRY! i went vip casino to deposit the $20 to show my support for gone gambling and enter the soup pot tournament. i registered my credit card and made the deposit of $20 at which time they took $16 and put nothing in my account and said they have a hold on the money for 10 days or more. i budgeted my money and had 22 or so dollars on the card to play with. so now, with the 16 gone i have like 6 dollars left on the card that i cannot use anywhere and have NOTHING in my account to play with. i'm so furious and absolutely amazed at the balls of these people. i hope you can help me get this resolved because this is outragous!
i intend to write in all of the gambling forums that i am a member of about this event. it is stealing as far as i'm concerned and i hope you can understand my outrage. if i knew they were going to steal my money and not let me play and therefore make me not be able to be in tournament i'd have gone somewhere else where at least i'd have a few minutes of entertainment.
it's total bullsh*t@!
please tell me your thoughts and if there's any recourse for me now.
thank you for letting me vent. now, i have nothing to do because i was planning on playing in the tournament and gambling a little. thanks vip for ruining my night.

it looks like this group has some problem , Ive won 2 bonuses from them I havent received , the 1st was on the very day I deposited so I thought maybe since it was the first deposit in forever they would not honor it ,the second on the 17th , could be some email problem could be a lot of things I would email John before I made assumptions or said things that cant be taken back.

I hit a jackpot spin on moonshine at wild jack and they didnt pay me nor have they been able to provide me with a screen shot of my hit.Appaently they dont log free spins on their slots which makes it impossible to prove you hit anything! This casino sucks.
