High Rollers are ALL not being credited

Looks like to me that all high roller bonuses at Casino Rewards are not being put into the account. The amount shows up as being credited under their VIP points system, but the chips are not put in.

John, you could save yourself some time here by getting in touch with sean or whoever to credit all of these amounts as i am sure i am not the only one missing the credits.

I emailed sean about 4 days ago, and still no response.

Not sure what to do.

I would like to make a repeat deposit with VIP casino. When I created my account and deposited, they put it in VIP Sports and I had to transfer it to the casino. So...when I bid on a repeat, do I bid on the VIP Sports one or the VIP casino one?? Thanks.

Ouch! My Head Hurts!

Recently when I play the Slots at the casinos, the reels go round and round and won't stop for a long time. When they do it's a choppy landing. Yesterday at Jackpot City, I took advantage of the 15 credits they were giving out to play Thunderstruck with. On my 3rd spin for 50 cents I hit something that paid $80. Couldn't even see what it was. And it kept hitting and hitting while the software got worse til I had to get off the game. Of course later when I could get back on, it went cold.
It's the spinning that won't stop that is the problem in a lot of the casinos for me. Don't know if the ThunderStruck thing is related. Thought I'd throw that in for those who like first hand unusual gambling stories. I could have cryed.
I'm having a problem with SBC Global DSLthat they can't figure out so not too long ago I switched to Dial Up. That's about the time this casino software thing started malfunctioning.
Does anyone have any input or experience with the same problem?

1st-I cannot download any casinos-I get all the way through to the end and go to connect and it tells me the connection to the server has been dropped-any ideas what the problem is?

2nd - Does anyone know the time table on the free 15 minutes of spins from 7Sultans-the test thing. I have deposited in the last 30 days and if I can get it downloaded I would like to try it

Anyone else having problems with bonuses with Casino rewards?

Ok here is the scoop
I have deposited and played at 4 different casino rewards casinos and have won a good amount of money which instead of cashing out i played it all away. I claimed a 5% high roller bonus last week with blackjack ballroom and golden tiger and neither have been credited yet. I called casino rewards and all they told me was they have niothing to do with bonuses through gone gambling which really put me through the roof!!!!. I told them that they have everything to do with gone gambling as gone gambling is the only reason I even signed up with any of their casinos. He told me they have nothing to do with it and he can't credit anything because just because gone gambling offers bonuses doesn't mean they are valid. So anyway I told him that was a crock because gone gambling promotes their casinos and told him I would be posting about the awful service I have recieved. Oh yeah I also won a 10$ bonus with zodiac and a 10$ with golden tiger and they also have not been credited. So if anyone can help me figure this out please do so!!!!!!!

Something is wrong with this site. I did a 25.00 conversion to them and was not credited. I went to their live help, they told me to send them the email. I did. They said I would be credited within an hour. 24 hours later, no credit. Went back to live help. They told me I was credited. I wasn/t I asked them to show me where the credit was spent. It wasnt. They told me to resend the email. I did. I sat on live help waiting for them to confirm the email. They said, hold on a moment please. Chat session was terminated by them. I tried to relog into live help. They were not available. I checked gonegambling to enter some info on one of my other accounts and noticed piggs peak is no longer on my list. ???? I, of course, do not have the 25.00 in credits and get the feeling I will never get them. I know it is only 25.00 but I do deposit at all the casinos and I do this thru gone gambling. Today, I will be deleting a lot of them and will just deposit at a few. I am not winning much and a 50.00 deposit doesnt go far. I also notice the instant payout casinos seem to payout a lot less! I don't complain much as I am in the gaming industry as a chathost and get tired of the whining but the casinos seem to be getting a lot less friendly than a land casino lately. Think I will start to sock my money and take a weekend away every month instead Maybe I will just go back to playing bingo. Money seems to last a lot longer. Ok off the pity pot now. TY for letting me vent

Problems with fortune lounge

Here I am again posting about my lovely complaints!!!
I claimed a high roller bonus with vegas towers and i got an e-mail from the casino saying my first deposit doesn't count towards the bonus. However my first deposit was on January 17 for 50$ which was my first. After that I have deposited 350$ and I can't understand where their math skills are as far as I knew the 5% of 300$ when I have deposited more than that. Can anyone help me out here? I have tried to contact them and had no response

VIP Casino keeps charging me $16

This is the 3rd time VIP Casino has charged me $16 to use my debit card with them.

The first time was when I opened the account. Then the very next time I go there to deposit, a different account # was there under my name and password.

It took a week to straighten that out and I noticed a $16 charge deducted from my account.

A couple days ago I decided to use the last $50 in my account there, before I re-load my card and my transaction was declined for lack of funds.

Yep! They did it again.

I have played at 75 different casinos at least, since being a member here and not one has ever done such a thing.

What's up with that?
