| Casino rewards program
I have been gambling on the internet since it's conception and never once have I been called a bonus abuser. I have spent a lot of money over the years gambling and especially lately trying to help John out here at Gone Gambling. Yukon Gold is part of the casino rewards program and they have suspended temporarily my casino rewards. Until I deposit enough that they think is reasonable to unsuspend. THis is crap. I have $10 sitting in my casino rewards account that they won't let me use. Probably and most likely is because I was able to make a withdrawal from their casino. BUT I must have played 100's of dollars before I even withdrew and then put money back in after I received it. Which I hate that 4 day waiting period. That is why I prefer playing where the withdrawals are instant or less time. I don't think I will play at any more casino rewards casinos for that reason. Really has me mad. Pete

DO NOt Deposit there until they fix their credit card processor. I made a deposit of 100.00 and zap 300.00 was taken from my debit credit card in less than 1 minute

Replies: 3 FORTUNEGUY | No more Fortune Lounge Casino's for me!
I have played at Fortune lounge's casino's for over a year now. I wish I had put my money elsewhere. I deposited 50 on January 5th at Havana, I then find out that on the same day...they took all my accumulated players points away! I think they are not doing well....with all the bonus changes here (GG) and at another site. They seem to get upset if you receive a bonus judging from the SIX emails I received about a $10 conversion! When I deposited and logged in on the 5th, I started playing Cabin Fever for .20 and they stopped my play and stated the minimum had changed to .40! No other casino is doing that, just Fortune Lounge. I guess Roxy and Ruby will be happy to have the cash I would have put into Fortune Lounge...they treat me better!

Hi, i have been a member here for several months if not a year now. Enjoy the site immensely. Now, I have a problem, I uppose I am a bit naive, but didn't realize this could happen. I just had a casinos close my acct, when I asked why, I was told it wasb/c I live in Missouri. Now, my question is this... I have lived in Missouri from day one, they have accepted my money, as have several other casinos, I play fairly often, have cashed out a couple of times, not large sums but a hundred or two. If I were to win a big pot, does this mean that I wouldn't receive it, b/c of where I live??? should I just stop playing??? help thank you

Replies: 3 littlebit | Diamond Deal - taking money from cashins
Been a member here for the past four or five months (since I started online gambling) and only play at the sponsor casinos. As hoped I'd never really had a problem with a casino, until now that is.
At the begining of this month I deposited £1000 into Diamond Deal and a while later after a bit of luck I managed to cashin £1730.
Anyway got paid today, but it was £87 short so I contacted them. Basically they'd taken £87 from cashin as processing fees!!
There is NOTHING in their terms that states they can do this, they just have something right at the bottom of the cashier section on their website saying they will do this if you don't wager your deposit at least five (yes FIVE!) times.
I've never seen anything so disgusting at any casino I've played at. Can you imagine walking into the Bellagio with $1000, and them taking $87 off you when you leave as you haven't wagered it five times???
Also where do they get off charging me 8.7% of my deposit? I deposited via Moneybookers and there's no way in a million years they charge anywhere near this.
This just all seems very wrong to me, players should be able to withdraw their money whenever they want and without being charged. If casinos want your business then it is their responsibilty to provide deposits and withdrawals free of charge.

Help please!!!-I tried downloading Riverbelle and it didn't go through the whole way but gave me an acct #. Then I downloaded it again , it worked, and then gave me another acct #. So I logged on to the 2nd account # for my $25.00 deposit and the balance was 0.00. Then I logged on to the other account and the balance was $2,500.00. So I am thinking that is not a real account (guest acct) and played through all the money. But the 25.00 still has not been posted to the other account. I have E-mialed them twice but still no response. Does any one know what the $2,500.00 would be for?
