Replies: 3 littlebit | Diamond Deal - taking money from cashins
Been a member here for the past four or five months (since I started online gambling) and only play at the sponsor casinos. As hoped I'd never really had a problem with a casino, until now that is.
At the begining of this month I deposited £1000 into Diamond Deal and a while later after a bit of luck I managed to cashin £1730.
Anyway got paid today, but it was £87 short so I contacted them. Basically they'd taken £87 from cashin as processing fees!!
There is NOTHING in their terms that states they can do this, they just have something right at the bottom of the cashier section on their website saying they will do this if you don't wager your deposit at least five (yes FIVE!) times.
I've never seen anything so disgusting at any casino I've played at. Can you imagine walking into the Bellagio with $1000, and them taking $87 off you when you leave as you haven't wagered it five times???
Also where do they get off charging me 8.7% of my deposit? I deposited via Moneybookers and there's no way in a million years they charge anywhere near this.
This just all seems very wrong to me, players should be able to withdraw their money whenever they want and without being charged. If casinos want your business then it is their responsibilty to provide deposits and withdrawals free of charge.

Help please!!!-I tried downloading Riverbelle and it didn't go through the whole way but gave me an acct #. Then I downloaded it again , it worked, and then gave me another acct #. So I logged on to the 2nd account # for my $25.00 deposit and the balance was 0.00. Then I logged on to the other account and the balance was $2,500.00. So I am thinking that is not a real account (guest acct) and played through all the money. But the 25.00 still has not been posted to the other account. I have E-mialed them twice but still no response. Does any one know what the $2,500.00 would be for?

Replies: 3 billybev | Birthday Wishes!!!!!
Hello Gang,
Don't know if this is a real complaint or not, but today is my birthday, and the only Casino with Gonegambling that even wish me a happy birthday was Pigs Peak Casino. I have an account with a heck of a lot of the casino's, because I believe in supportting GG all I can. I have lost a lot in some of these casino's, LOL (to me $100 or greater is a lot) And they can't even remember my birthday? I am not asking for any free funds, just a card or email to say happy birthday would be cool. Maybe I am just too picky, but at least GG gave me a couple of Birthday Vouchers and a pop up telling me Happy Birthday!!! LOL I guess GG has just plain spoiled me!!! Good Gaming to All!!!

Replies: 2 mdmblue | "Riverbelle" VERY unresposive & won`t credit my deposit
Hi! I made a small deposit(thank God) of $32.25US, on Oct. 20th to my "Riverbelle" multiplayer account, I have deposited there several times via usemybank. The money was taken out of my bank account, but never credited to my casino account. "Usemybank" emailed them & so did I with a copy of the reciept, several times. Never recieved a responce until I said I would be sending the matter to "Ecogra". Then I finally get a responce saying they want a copy of my bank statement, & not an online one. So, now I will have to spend my lunch @ the bank getting a statement, which dosen't give any details except it says "Gpay" on it. These guys are the worst support I have ever dealt with. They don't even believe the staff from "Usemybank" when they sent in a copy of the statement & told them that this money has been recieved & paid! Even before this I have emailed them several times & never, ever, get a responce from them. I can't understand their bookkeeping, surely they should have showed that they were over that amount of money that day. Something Fishy, about this group. Needless to say I won't ever deposit there again.
Update: Just a note to say a big "Thank You!!" to Angela from Riverbelle casino & "Greedy Girl" from Gonegambling for straightening this out for me. Much appreciated. Angela happened to see my post & contacted Gonegambling for my account info. & email. So, Greedy Girl kindly took the time to email me to see if it was okay to give out my email address & to get my account number. Thanks to these two lovely ladies, my money was in my account the next day! Thanks again!

| DO NOT PLAY ATBINGO ROOM or affilates
I have played here since 2003. I am a gold level loyalty member.I use to enjoy this place but now I say STAY AWAY! They have recently denied me a cashout without a valid reason . It seems I am not the first they have given problems to.There are other loyal players who have had the same problem. One player had an actual screen shot and still had to fight for her right to get paid then she was banned.
I have researched and copied 18 days of bingo and slot play and written several letters to try to get them to look at my record. I have recieved no repose to my last email. They have given me a reason of 13 minutes and one 30 cent bingo bet as a reason not to pay me. I let my record stand for itself, This is their reason: Hello ChiliWillie, Thank you for writing. I have had a chance to review your emails as well as your account and I can understand your frustration and would like to thank you for taking the time to express your feelings. Having said that, I personally reviewed your cashout request and found the following: 37434528 10/18/2005 8:43:04 AM Slots Insert coins $21.75 $0.00 3 1 37434575 10/18/2005 8:44:16 AM Bingo Wager $0.30 $0.00 35 2196517 37434626 10/18/2005 8:47:00 AM Slots Cash out coins $24.25 $24.25 3 0 37434653 10/18/2005 8:49:47 AM Slots Insert coins $21.25 $3.00 3 1 37434690 10/18/2005 8:51:03 AM Bingo Wager $0.30 $2.70 35 2196530 37434771 10/18/2005 8:53:30 AM Bingo Win $22.47 $25.17 35 2196530 37434810 10/18/2005 8:54:09 AM Bingo Wager $0.30 $24.87 35 2196536 37434868 10/18/2005 8:56:36 AM Slots Cash out coins $40.00 $64.87 3 0 37435003 10/18/2005 9:04:00 AM BingoTournament $10.00 $74.87 35 2196544 37435074 10/18/2005 9:06:23 AM SYSTEM Redemption Request ($50.00) $24.87
As you can see, you placed cash into slots while you wagered your comp in bingo without actually playing any slots at all, therefore using your comp to win your cashout. There are many other instances where there are no spins, only you inserting coins and then playing bingo with your bbs or comp. To explain simply, it is permitted, even encouraged to ACTIVELY play in both slots and bingo, it is only against the rules to "store" cash in the slots window which we can see clearly in your account, you have done. As was explained in our previous email, as well as was announced in the newsletter, this is a direct violation of our rules and regulations and as such can deem all winnings null and void and your account permanantly closed. However, as mentioned above, you have been a long time player on the Bingoroom Network and as such we would like to give you the benefit of the doubt that you were unaware that this was against the rules. Therefore, you have two options: If you would like to leave, we will return your last deposit, in the amount of $25.00, to you and permanantly close your account. If you would like to stay, which we sincerely hope you will, you may wager out the remaining funds without engaging in this activity before you may request another cashout. If you have any further questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact me directly, Sincerely, Didi Manager Bingoroom Network Compliance Department
As you can see there was a .30 bingo bet of bbs at 8:44 which did not have a win. Then a .30 cash bet that won a bingo. And all slot coins in out are different showing activity. Total of 13 minutes. Yet I was accused in their words of this:"Please insert your coins and cash out coins, donot insert your coins then wager for hours with your comp ". I did not do this. They owe me an apology and a cash out not a pay off. They also owe the rest of their members a review of their practices. This appears to be a company with a dim future otherwise.

| It Is not what they say it is what they do
Recently I have been approached by one of the biggest online casinos to complain about our www.CasinoIndexing.com index, they claimed that our index is not accurate and asked to see our assumptions and calculations. After long discussions with them, I decided to show them our Data Base; to their surprise we had almost a perfectly accurate picture of how fast they answer customer support calls, what bonuses they give to their VIP and none VIP clients, and how good are their bonuses in the end of the day to their customers.
The one thing we lacked in our calculations (which they claimed was not that accurate on our side) is how helpful customer support is when you happen to have a technical problem on your side. We received various complains from customers that needed to call numerous times with nobody to be able to help them.
I will be happy if you have some interesting insights or examples of experiences you had with these sites. If you would like, we will send you updates about our follow ups with the online casinos, poker rooms, and betting sites, as we go along in our research. To do so please simply go to http://www.casinoindexing.com/pages/contact.aspx?lan=en
And type Updates in the subject field.
Best regards,
P.
