For the time being, I won't name the casino, as I still think it is just confusion on their part, and hope to get it resolved myself. I deposited $50 with this casino on July 22nd and a day or two later, did a $23 conversion, which was fine. Now last night I managed to win a $10 bonus deposit, and was looking forward to it. I got an email a short time later saying I did not qualify as I needed to purchase $50. So I contacted the casino via live chat, and was told that since my last conversion, I needed to deposit another $50 to claim any further bonuses from GG. This was totally news to me, as I have always thought that your $50 deposit carries you through the 30 day period. For example, I purchased with Roxy Palace around the same time, did a $30 conversion a day later, and about a week later was lucky enough to win a $10 bonus on Jackpot Keno. I was credited immediately, and did not have to purchase further. I asked the casino a few times for clarification, and they offered to send me an email outlining "conversion" terms. I said yes please. Well, this morning I got the email, and it is totally for another promo, not even Gonegambling. I have once again spelled out my understanding of your terms in an email to the casino and am awaiting their reply. I hope that by the time you read this, perhaps this will be resolved. If not, I have a screenshot of part of the chat session, as well as the email sent to me this morning. Maybe someone could just clarify for me that I do have this right? That the casino is confused? I don't have to purchase $50 for each bonus from GG right? My $50 deposit is good for all bonuses won over a 30 day period? Thanks very much in advance.   1  littlebit 8/10/2005 5:54:14 AM Re: PROBLEM WITH BONUS DEPOSIT If you open a NEW account with a sponsoring casino, the first deposit never counts as part of the required $50.00 because most of the casinos offer their own first time bonus. After the first deposit, another deposit in the amount of $50.00 is required during the 30 day period. You qualify for any bonus deposits you win during the 30 day period. Just in case: Sometimes a member doesn't deposit the entire $50.00 at once but makes two different deposits at different times. The casino counts the 30 day period beginning with the FIRST deposit. You may want to forward a copy of the winning email from GG and a copy of the email from the casino to John if this isn't sorted out . As you stated, it could be just a misunderstanding with the casino that can be sorted out quickly. It was two $25 deposits made July 21st and July 22nd. I haven't heard back from them as yet and now live chat is unavailable, so I think I will forward to John I guess. Probably the easiest route, I'm sure he can get it sorted in no time. And I really do think it is just confusion on the casino's part as to what type of win it was, and for which casino maybe.
