Fairplay My Fanny!!

Luckyballs? Lucky if you don't get ripped off and ripped a new one by the CM Lee. She says and I quote that "we are a bunch of swarming sharks trying to get something for nothing."

Any place that has to call themselves Fairplay is anything but.

I won $500 on the free $20 that they offer. Okay, so there's nothing for free in this world, I understand that. So I deposited $20 in hopes that they would make good, but instead they said they didn't recieve it ( i have the screenshot saying they did) and refused to let me on the site.

Luckyballs Bingo is one to avoid. Lesson learned here.

PROBLEM WITH BONUS DEPOSIT

Hi John and/or Debbee, I hope that this time I am putting this in the right forum. For the time being, I won't name the casino, as I still think it is just confusion on their part, and hope to get it resolved myself. I deposited $50 with this casino on July 22nd and a day or two later, did a $23 conversion, which was fine. Now last night I managed to win a $10 bonus deposit, and was looking forward to it. I got an email a short time later saying I did not qualify as I needed to purchase $50. So I contacted the casino via live chat, and was told that since my last conversion, I needed to deposit another $50 to claim any further bonuses from GG. This was totally news to me, as I have always thought that your $50 deposit carries you through the 30 day period. For example, I purchased with Roxy Palace around the same time, did a $30 conversion a day later, and about a week later was lucky enough to win a $10 bonus on Jackpot Keno. I was credited immediately, and did not have to purchase further. I asked the casino a few times for clarification, and they offered to send me an email outlining "conversion" terms. I said yes please. Well, this morning I got the email, and it is totally for another promo, not even Gonegambling. I have once again spelled out my understanding of your terms in an email to the casino and am awaiting their reply. I hope that by the time you read this, perhaps this will be resolved. If not, I have a screenshot of part of the chat session, as well as the email sent to me this morning.

Maybe someone could just clarify for me that I do have this right? That the casino is confused? I don't have to purchase $50 for each bonus from GG right? My $50 deposit is good for all bonuses won over a 30 day period? Thanks very much in advance.

casinos I have had bad experiences with

CONNECTO rotten to the core do NOT deposit there or at any of the sister casinos ...you will wait till hell freezes over before you will get anywhere with them & I hope they go out of busn.

VEGASLUCKY rude rep & slightly devious in the way they treat paying customers e.g. nowhere at the time did they have posted on the comps rules (at the time I played there) that you would NOT earn comp points for playing goldbeard & they tried to smooth me over with some token bonuses, but I had wagered a LOT of chips on the game and should have been compensated with at least 100 dollars in comps chips.

seems like a lot of RTG casinos are very leery ... but I kinda like inetbet even though I have invested a lot of money & won nada I see that a lot of people have good things to say about inetbet so I stay hopefull.

I wanted to open an account at Kiwi casino, so I downloaded the casino and it took me to the page where you enter your username and password. Of course i didn't have one yet so I emailed support. The next day they emailed me back and said to uninstall and reinstall - I did this, still it will not take me to the registration page, so I emailed support again and got a computer generated email saying they will get back to me. That was a long time ago, so I called support and was told that this can only be handled by email. Right now I'm not sure this is worth the hassle. Any suggestions? I would just like someone to tell me what to do next.
