UPDATE
After a sending a very expressive email to support (u can imagine how expressive I can be, lol) and over a period over 5 weeks, they have now turned around and apologized for what occurred. They have placed $500 unrestricted back into my account and I have requested a payout of $300 (I originally won $1400 when my problems at cashing out arose). At least they have the decency to follow up (especially Dave @ Pitbull) and hopefully they and their "chat" staff will be more careful in the future.
I will say that I had very carefully read all their terms and conditions and had followed them to the letter.

Hi anyone who happens to read this, I am in need of some help. I opened an account with Grand Hotel Casino after reviewing their website and their "deposit options" (I use Moneybookers to play) They list Moneybookers as one of their newer methods available but.. after installing, registering I went to make a deposit and guess what.. No Moneybookers.. so I made a couple using my other option "UseMyBank" but that costs me so I hate to use it.. I contacted the casino, they think I'm nuts I'm sure and suggested I uninstall and re-install because it's suppose to be 2 or 3 above another one, and they can see it from their end.. so I did what they suggested.. same.. no Moneybookers so I thought about it and said to self "ok maybe the link from GG site (rate casinos) is an older version, I'll try downloading from their homepage.. so much for me thinking... still no Moneybookers, so... my question is...
Does anyone else play at Grand Hotel and use Moneybookers as their method of deposit? I wrote them back, stated I have no problem using it anywhere else so it can't be due to fact I'm Canadian but haven't hear back again yet... I could really use some suggestions here cuz I'm invested already and would hate to let one go that "we" support here.
Maybe someone else has this problem, I'd sure like to hear back from "someone"

I downloaded and played at Thebes in the "fun"
mode, not real money. I tried different games
and Black Diamond 5 line kept me pretty even.
I did notice on the video poker games that the
auto hold did not always hold the best hand to
draw to. For example, holding one face card and
not a small pair. I would suggest that you chose
your hold cards and not rely on auto hold. It's
a software problem and I am NOTsaying that the
casino is dishonest. I'm sure John would not
allow them at gg if that was the case.

I would like one of the owner's of gg to respond to my question please..I have been a member of gg for year's.I work all month long to try to make at least 2000 gg's so i can get my conversion's. and it seem's no matter what i do i never win gg's..I always make sure to spend the required amount at the casino's to get the monthly conversion and each month at the end of 30 days i never seem to have the required amount of gg's to get my conversion's.I visit often and try to win gg's every way possible.Daily gg's..horse races..games..casino match..sunday is funday chat.and more..How can i get enough gg's to make a conversion monthly..i spend a ton of money at the casino's sponsored here at gg..and i have never won a dime or cashged out a dime to date..i appreciate a small comp or bonus like a conversion once a month..can someone please email me and let me know how to earn enough gg's to make a conversion monthly..Please..
