Hi! I am so mad I could spit. Over the past year I have deposited over $35,000 @ "Gaming Club Casino". I had never won anything(@auction) or bidded very much @ "Auction", but I did bid over a week ago & won a deposit bonus(I still have the email they sent me for reference). Anyway, it was for if you deposited $100, you would then recieve a $150 bonus. So, I deposited, applied for the bonus via the link they sent. Well, nothing, in the meantime I deposited a few more hundreds of dollars & tried applying(which it said the promotion was accepted & would be credited) several more times through the link. Still, the next day nothing. So, I sent an email with regards to this & NO reply. I have since sent many, many, emails to the casino & to "Bellerock Gaming"(even putting in the heading "Please Reply"), but absolutely ZIPPO!! I even talked to live chat & got the run around saying they would forward this onto auction. Nothing, nothing, nothing!! It's not so much as the bonus, but the total diregard to my emails & ABSOLUTE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have uninstalled the casino(even filled out their uninstall questionaire & still nothing, not even a responce to that). It has been well over a week. So, I will deposit my money @"Casino Action" casinos & the "Palace Group", where I ALWAYS get GREAT SUPPORT & ALL my bonuses that are offered & some extras!! mechano2

i just wanted to say that i did not expect this from bellerock. i joined LUCKY NUGGET and i started the free $1000 one hour games. well a few minutes into the session the game locked up and i had to X out of the site. when i logged back in there was no more free games and my $1000 had also gone. in speaking with them on "live chat" i was told that yes they were having problems with the promotion and that they were sorry and too bad. what a rip!!!

I have read some posts that members have been having a problem with getting bonuses credited and with support from Club USA. Well I just won a joker bonus and I emailed them to ask if they could credit me. I also asked them what happened to their live chat. Well, a received a very nice phone call from Dan. First he told me he credited the bonus.He explained to me that they have been having an ongoing email problem. I told him how I have clicked HELP in the casino and there is no link for live chat when I do that. I thought they had gotten rid of live chat. He informed me that if I go to www.clubusacasino.com that I would see the link for live chat. I tried it and there it was on the home page. All this time, I thought there was no chat. Also, he said that if you call the toll free number they would be glad to assist you. I have always liked their support and since there is an ongoing email problem, please go to live chat or call the toll free number and you will get instant help. As I said, I have always valued the support with Club USA and they are one of the best. Also they are still able to send USA winnings straight to the bank. I hope this info will be useful to you.

Hello,
I won a bonus on BS this morning for Bodog and it has not yet been credited. The only reason I ask is that they are usually so on top of it and I was wondering if this might have something to do with John's internet being down. Just curious.

All I get is a page saying Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage - Most likely causes: You are not connected to the Internet. The website is encountering problems. There might be a typing error in the address. I am always connected to internet unless I log off, I have cable & I check it alot. I click a link from gonegambling.com to get there so I am not tryping it wrong. What can be the problem? Any suggestions? Martha ( MsSlotLover )

hi john i know you are very busy but i wanted to let you know about clubusa casino i won a bonus on monday i have made the required deposit but no credit.
this is the same the last 4 times i have gotten a bonus. i emailthed the manager and did not receive a response. i tried there contact us on the site 4 times. no response.
i finally called toll free numger and was told they are having problems. they told me that the last two times i had trouble with credit of the bonus
i know you cannot do anything about this and the phone person told me i would get a credit within 48 hours. its just so frustrating to have to beg for something that is coming to me. BODOG does a credit for bonus' within 15 minutes. i guess i will stop playing at usa and stick only with bodog and hope i win a bonus with them.

hi john didnt know if i was in the right place but didnt want to go on general forum and give other members bad vibes about usa casino.
i won ten dollar bonus wiith usa casino on monday of this week. i have sent inquireis thru the site after logging into the casino sent three and never got one reply. i then sent email to manager of casino the address you give in the winning email you sent me. no answer there either and still no credit. usa is always very good with customer service and i always rate them as excellent but they seem to have dropped the ball this time.
anything you can do will be appreciated. keep up the good work you guys are all great.

I might be crazy, but I don't believe that my ratings page has re-set for 2 weeks........all casinos are rated and I know I diidn't do it this week. TY Also thanks for the birthday vouchers!!! I got 100 ggs!

you missunderstood why i was annoyed. it certainely wasnt the "$" . i was not expecting to win anything. i opted in to the promo to have a little fun. you said i lost nothing but you are wrong. i lost faith and trust in a very trust based business. after all, giving money to a non-existant cyber entity needs a lot of trust. and they dropped the ball on following through. this is not good customer relations.
