OK - you guys - I am going over to Anchorage to see an Internist on May 21 - 24th.
Part of a side effect of the chemo I just took is autoimmune disorders. After complaining of being in significant bone, muscle, connective tissue pain for the last year they decided to test. My Rheumatoid Factor came out as 92High. But my ANA and other tests came out Negative.
This is obviously a big issue - because it`s a 6 month or more wait to see an Internist in Alaska and they bumped me into one in less than 3 weeks - I feel special. LOL!
Anyhow - I`ll be in Anchorage so if anyone is going to be there --- Let me know. I`m taking my 2nd husband... LOL - my hubby`s son - so I`ll have a designated driver. GRIN... I`m thinkin` BINGO!!!
Just figured I`d let you all know - I`m sorry I`ve been so quiet the last year and a bit . It`s been kinda a rough one.
I love you all - and I`m very happy to be friends with all of you in this society we`ve created online.

You don`t have to wear a watch because it doesn`t matter what time it

You measure distance in minutes.
You`ve had to switch from "heat" to "A/C" in the same
day.
You know who/which store has the best deal on cases of Natural Light beer.
"Fix" is a verb. Example: "I`m fixing to go to the store.
All the festivals across the state are named after a fruit, vegetable, grain,
insect or animal.
You install security lights on your house and garage and leave both unlocked.
You know what a "DAWG" is.
Yall is a word.
You carry jumper cables in your car. . .for your OWN car.
There are only four spices: salt, pepper, Tabasco and ketchup.
The local papers cover national and international news on one page, but require
6 pages for local gossip and sports.
The first day of deer season is a holiday.
100 degrees Fahrenheit "a little warm."
We have four seasons: Almost Summer, Summer, still Summer and Christmas.
Going to Wal-mart is a favorite pastime known as "goin`

Pete is off somewhere in WIsconsin.
To start off, all weekend I was laid up with my back.
Monday, I had to hobble to the car , take Pete to his truck, and pick up my son for his second surgery.
That went well but after he went under, I had to call someone else to pick him up and take him home, because I had to head for the ER, close to my home.
The pain was unbearable. Go to the ER, not only is my back out, but I have a bad kidney infection, got a shot and prescription and head to the drugstore.
Get in CVS, the line is long, sit and wait, Can`t give me the narcotics for pain, Fine, just give me the Bactrim for infection. Standing in line was a policeman.
I get out to my car, it won`t start. The policeman is parked next to me, heres me crying, saw how much pain I was in and drove me home. An Angel.
Get home, lay down and my daughters boyfriend in Florida calls me because my daughter is leaving him,
Great. The guy has a lot of drug issues.
So, because I said that to him, he precedes to call me 10 times that night. By then I am ready to kill him or anyone that comes across me at that point. LOL
Today, ask my neighbor to take me to the car to see if it will start or if I have to call a tow truck to take it to get if fixed. It started, I brought it home and it can stay there till MR PETER gets home.
I told him last week it was acting up and needs a tune up , so now I guess he believes me. MEN. LOL
On a bright note: ................................................................................................................................................I am still trying to think of one.................................................................................................................OH, the weather is beautiful, but I can`t enjoy it, LOL
Back to doc tomorrow and someone better figure out what is wrong with my back before I commit hari kari.
