HUH? i just wanted to say that i did not expect this from bellerock. i joined LUCKY NUGGET and i started the free $1000 one hour games. well a few minutes into the session the game locked up and i had to X out of the site. when i logged back in there was no more free games and my $1000 had also gone. in speaking with them on "live chat" i was told that yes they were having problems with the promotion and that they were sorry and too bad. what a rip!!!

Re: HUH? trish, i did not mean what you think. a casino that knows there is a problem but continues with a faulty promo is just annoying their prospective players . it was not my fault that the game did not work and other sites with the same type promo let you back into the game if you are booted or something unforseen happens. i did not expect to win anything but i also did not expect the casino to tell me that there were problems and too bad. this is a very bad start to a new player at their casino. i wont be playing there again. i already know how customer service there works.

Re: HUH? It's your choice not to play there. Casinos sometimes do run into problems and the decision whether to let a person restart the "free spins type promo" is strictly their decision. They take the risks on these promos--not the person playing with no deposit whatsoever. Trish

Re: HUH? If you read the small print for these promos, you will realise you have not lost out on much. They are rather misleading, with a headline grabbing "play with free $1000 and keep your winnings". Looking at the small print, though, will reveal that only a portion of the winnings can be kept, and this has been as little as $50 at some casinos, with the usual being a max of $200. A deposit of $50 is required, and winnings just become a sign up bonus. If you do not win at the promotion, you can still get the normal bonus, but if you win, this is a substitute for the bonus, not an additional amount. The GetLucky vouchers for opening the account are probably of more use than this $1000 free promotion :-)
