Ripped off @ "Gaming Club Casino"
Hi! I am so mad I could spit. Over the past year I have deposited over $35,000 @ "Gaming Club Casino". I had never won anything(@auction) or bidded very much @ "Auction", but I did bid over a week ago & won a deposit bonus(I still have the email they sent me for reference). Anyway, it was for if you deposited $100, you would then recieve a $150 bonus. So, I deposited, applied for the bonus via the link they sent. Well, nothing, in the meantime I deposited a few more hundreds of dollars & tried applying(which it said the promotion was accepted & would be credited) several more times through the link. Still, the next day nothing. So, I sent an email with regards to this & NO reply. I have since sent many, many, emails to the casino & to "Bellerock Gaming"(even putting in the heading "Please Reply"), but absolutely ZIPPO!! I even talked to live chat & got the run around saying they would forward this onto auction. Nothing, nothing, nothing!! It's not so much as the bonus, but the total diregard to my emails & ABSOLUTE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have uninstalled the casino(even filled out their uninstall questionaire & still nothing, not even a responce to that). It has been well over a week. So, I will deposit my money @"Casino Action" casinos & the "Palace Group", where I ALWAYS get GREAT SUPPORT & ALL my bonuses that are offered & some extras!! mechano2 mechano2 11/20/2007 3:37:23 PM

Hi Mechano2,
You should have contacted GoneGambling and asked for help when you were not getting anywhere. that is all we ask of our members before they lose the plot, to give us a chance to sort things out. Now that you have removed the casino from your computer there's no point following up on this. In future please give us the opportunity to rectify problems with our sponsors before posting like you have.
You will be banned if it happens again.

This has just happened to me, an auction win that never credited. Their CS has a reputation for being this bad, although it seems patchy. Sometimes they are responsive, if slow, but every now and then they simply never reply. As well as asking for help through GG, the Casinomeister forum has a rep called "Bellerock", who is everything the CS are not. He can be sent a PM through the contacts page at Casinomeister, and generally seems to cut through the crap from CS and gets things done. The diagnosis in my case was that there was an error at their end, and my auction claim was repeatedly being rejected by the system, but it didn't send me a failure E-mail as would normally be the case with an invalid bonus claim. Incidentally, it was the Gaming Club where I had my problem, the other accounts seemed fine.
Many casinos have reps at Casinomeister, and most are fairly good at resolving problems, even though some only check their inbox occasionally. Using this route would also take some of the strain of GG when it comes to complaints, although you should let the rep know if you are a GG member so that they get some idea of how many of their players are on GG as well as Casinomeister.

I have received an admission that there have been technical issues with the belleRock auction games, and they are still in the process of debugging them. I have finally got my problems (almost) sorted out bar a dispute over the Right Royal Bonus (deposited 75 & got 20, not 75). I have been able to give them lots of "feedback", and hopefully they have listened. I mentiond I have been considering uninstalling the casinos because of the never ending problems - just as soon as I used up my auction points. That got their attention! - and I have been contacted by the higher ups to get things sorted out. It is these CS problems that are the big weakness with BelleRock, it just keeps on happening, no matter how many "new initiatives" and "retraining" the CS department gets.
