1. You may play one free ticket with each sponsor once each week. Players must be over 18 years of age to play.

2. Only one email address per player is permitted. Players who cheat by using more than one email address will forfeit all prizes.

3. Prizes must be claimed within five days of the winning draw or they will be forfeited. All CASH WINNERS will be notified by email. Prizes will only be awarded for tickets lodged with us and logged in our database prior to our closing time as displayed on our lotto tickets.

The results used for each draw are our own as drawn by a Random Number Generator. Numbers drawn for each weeks game can be seen for the following five days on any lotto entry ticket.

4. The major cash prize will be divided equally between all six number winners if there is more than one winner in the same draw. A total prize limit of USD$5,000.00 applies to each weekly draw. Major prize winners will be paid within 30 days of the date of the winning draw.

5. GoneGambling reserves the right to refuse to award any prize without giving any reason whatsoever. No correspondence will be entered into in the event that a prize claim is refused. GoneGambling also reserves the right to change, alter, add, amend or delete rules whenever seen fit.

6. Much of the Free Lotto Game is automatic and susceptible to malfunction. In the event of a malfunction, technical error, human error or hacking incident the game for that week will be abandoned and all prize claims made void.

Instant win prizes are limited to one per player per sponsor. There is no limit set on how many GetLucky plays you can win unless there is a breakdown or malfunction of the instant win game. A malfunction of the game will void all pays.
