Yes could you explain to me why I will not get to claim the high roller beneifts. Because on sept 5th of 2004 deposited $120.00, 9-6 $200, and on 9-11-04 I deposited $425.00 for the total of $745.00 at platium play account #xxxxxxxxxxx not to count just opening english harbor and spending $150.00 and royal vegas, and virtual city probaly over a $1000 and zodiac and Prisma and Virtual. I realize some aren't your casinos, but I spend to much to have you say I can't claim this few bucks. Thank you, Debbie

In addition to the above, I'll warn you now that it won't help your case to use the fact that you deposit at casinos other than those sponsoring GoneGambling. I have no problem with you depositing and playing at other casinos, but it has NOTHING to do with what you emailed me about, and sadly...

Well Mr. John Abbott, Thank you for replying to my email so promptly, although I would of hoped you had checked my account at gone gambling to see what I was refering to, I was asking a question about my account, which I would think you would look at, to help me understand it better. I can see you need some customer service skills to deal with the people that support you. I will be forwarding this letter on to everyone I know and some I don't, to see why you can "WARN ME" as you say and basicly be so rude to me and state "I couldn't handle and to trust you on that". In my opinion you need to get an attitude adjustment and professional help to make you feel better about yourself, so you can do your job correctly and treat your customer with some respect. I will see if the casinos that sponsor gone gambling feel the way you do about your customer, when I send each one your response to my simple question. Get some help and enjoy your day. Debbie

And I responded with an email that started with the following:

"... What did the casino send you? I need to see what the casino said. You have not given me anything to work on. ..."

I'm not a bloody mind reader! I can't explain why you won't get the High Roller Bonus because you didn't tell me who it was that told you that you wouldn't get it! Duh! I don't know why you won't get it. I only have you asking me to explain why you won't get it, but you didn't tell me who told you that you wouldn't get it. Am I getting through to you?

I see in your most recent response you still haven't been able to grasp the fact that you need to give me more information and tell me who it was that told you that you wouldn't get the High Roller Bonus! I wash my hands of you. Some people can't be helped.

As to my people skills, they have evolved over years of dealing with morons who won't provide me with the simple information that is required to attend to their problem or query in the fastest manner possible. They instead throw in heaps of irrelevant information to cloud the issue, just like you did. Which other casinos you deposit with and how much you deposit with them had nothing at all to do with the matter at hand. You made that statement in an effort to have me jump to attention. Well it didn't work.

Feel free to post this email and my others anywhere else you like on the Net. If it deters just one more person like you from signing up for FREE membership to GoneGambling, it will be well worth it.

I could go on but I won't. Apparently I have already dealt with some of your kinfolk. They also threatened to give GoneGambling a bad name on the Net. The truth of the matter is that it simply gives us a name for not being messed with.
