You must be able to retain a session variable for some games to work. Examples are GetLucky and Free-Lotto.
Retaining a cookie will mean less error checking will be needed every time you play a game. A cookie is used to tell the server that you have been recently validated.
Session variables are used in many cases to save you from having to enter your username and password in login boxes.
Session variables are kept for a particular session only and for a maximum of 20 minutes afterwards. A session is a continuous use of a chain of Browser windows. Once you close all browser windows you end all sessions.

If you find yourself stuck with spyware and unable to download a spyware removal program, go here and follow the instructions. This little program downloads automatically into your temp file, runs and scans the computer, then disappears after it's finished.
