Emails received in a coded style, and not going through to the casino for conversions

Hi Guys, am having trouble when I receive emails please. Any emails coming to me are in encoded, hence when I try to send them onto the casino floor managers, they are stating that they cannot read them. Have tried to find out why, and no answers. Also any onion racing trainer prize notifications are not being noted by the winning casino. They have stated they are not doing conversions anymore,,,hope someone can help please.

Everything checks out fine w/ gg email on our end and we have had no other mail problems reported recently. Every now and then individuals have problems crop up w/ gg mail on their end, especially w/ outlook mail. Please check your settings and get help from your email provider if the problem persists.
As far as the Onion racing is concerned, there have been no prizes handed out since the game went down a while back. Onion racing is still being worked on.
If you've won another type of casino bonus or conversion pending, the casino gets it's own copy of your win mail sent to them, and we haven't received any recent reports from the casinos getting unreadable win mail. Also please remember that you can always go to your members area and have win mails re-sent to you... the casino gets copied on re-sends too. If you need help re-sending win emails pm me.
