Unfortunately, there’s been a bit of a snafu with this current round of Sweepstakes. It’s just one of those things that happens from time to time, but we need to fix this so that everyone has a fair shot at winning that fabulous WinADay casino cash.
Here’s what happened and here’s how we’re fixing things:
When this round of Sweeps was sent up, it was mistakenly set up for 12 million tickets—generally, it’s set up for 1.2 million tickets. An extra zero makes a HUGE difference!
The best way for us to address this is for us to refund every GG spent to each member who has contributed to the Sweeps (with an additional 10% added as our way of saying sorry).
We have posted another Sweepstakes, which has the CORRECT settings and is ready to begin issuing tickets. Additionally, this will also address another glitch—this being that members were not winning GG’s when they were buying their Sweepstakes tickets. This has now been resolved, as well.
With all this in mind, if you’d already played this round of the Sweepstakes, all of your GG’s have been refunded and you can begin buying tickets, once again!
