missing email / lost & found not working

I didn't get my high roller email, and when I go to lost & found this is what I'm getting

"ADODB.Recordset error '800a0bb9'
Arguments are of the wrong type, are out of acceptable range, or are in conflict with one another.

I don't think the casino got the email either because it's not in my account. Can someone help please. Thank you

Are you sure you typed in your email address correctly? I just tried to use the lost and found and it worked fine for me. I checked and saw that the request for your high roller was is in the GG system. PM me if you are still having trouble.

Hello,

i tried to make an account for your " GG Account ".

it say i need to use a unique mail adress. bu t in the forum i was told to use the same as for the Forum.

i should write a mail to Problems@gonegambling.com to ask for a manual confirmation because it might happen it was not confirmed successfully at first attempt.

i already did that but got no answer yet.

anything else i can do ?
someone can help ?

Hi Rossmann,

I checked and I do see your registration for the main GG site, everything looks fine. Are you able to log in on the main site?
(When going between the main site and the forum you will need to log in each time.)
