Not receiving high roller bonus emails

For some reason when I prompt for high rollers bonuses an email from gone gambling is no longer being generated therefore the casino themselves has had to activate the awarded bonuses. Can someone plz investigate?

We were having a problem with conversions last week but it has been cleared up (see Greedygirl's thread "we're fixed"). I am going to pm you about it right now.
