sigh, can't enter user id at diamond reels

i haven't been able to enter my id, it states that it is false or invalid. i just played there and used the same user id. i asked on the diamond reels forum site but no replies. i just want to use my conversion but if i can't enter my id, i can't convert my points. can anyone help?

I had to contact them on my password and they answered right away. Try again and give them your id and password and then ask why it is not taking. Hope this helps.

Hi sushi,

Is your Diamond reels casino id entered in your GG member's area 'casino bonuses' page? If not, that may be the problem.

Please check your casino id is correctly placed on that bonuses page, then try contacting the casino once more. If you still have a problem please email greedygirl to help you sort this out. pm me if you need greedygirl's email

the casino bonus page is where i am having the issue. i keep trying to enter my casino user id and it keeps popping up an error message. when i asked diamond reels about it they just told me what my user id was, which i knew of course, and said it was a gone gambling issue. i just opened this account because of a chat room bonus and then i made a deposit. So now, I am just trying to use my conversion which I can't do. i can try diamond reels again but it's the bonus page at gone gambling that won't take my info. thanks for trying.
i think i'm one and done with diamond reels. i logged on so i could try to fix the problem. a pop up came on the screen stating that i would get 25 free spins for answering a survey which i did. i received a bonus code which when i entered stated that i could not get the bonus for some reason or another. too many problems for a brand new account.
