On the survey page...Does the survey still show under "Available Surveys" ?

If so, that means the survey wasn't completed (you may have missed marking a tic box or answering a question... or not logged in).
Take the survey again.
Then go back to the survey page and make sure there are no more available surveys listed.
Go check for your get luckys now.

If you still don't find your get luckys please pm me.
