For ie (internet explorer) window: Open a window and click on 'tools' on the menu bar. From the dropdown list choose 'internet options'. On the pop up box you will see 'browsing history' under the 'general' tab. Click the delete button. You will see another pop up with options on what to delete (like cookies) or keep (like saved passwords). Choose options and the hit the delete button. When it's finished deleting close the window. good to go For chrome: open window, find 'customize and control google chrome' button usually just to the right of address box. choose 'more tools' then 'clear browsing data' choose options you want and then hit the 'clear browsing data' button. Close window. done
