[QUOTE="ggirl, post: 4429, member: 201"] Heres the thing about player clubs. I am pretty familiar with em to say the least. Ok. Maybe to familiar! lol....I would think that if you hit w2's ( any single win $1200 and over) being in a players club to show a win/loss statement is good! You can deduct your loss with it, never paying taxes on your wins. If anyone is familiar with the IRS auditing you, its me. I have been audited 3 times by the IRS and now the state is on my behind. But! I have my win/loss statements and that saves me everytime! I can't imagine why you wouldn't want a paper trail. Player clubs not only give you money, but they give you gifts, food, trips gift cards, I mean seriously the amount of freebies from a player card can be endless. One of the land based casinos in Vegas sent me and a guest to Atlantis for a week all expenses paid. From airfare down to anything I wanted from any restaurant, room service, etc... What a fabulous trip all because of the player card. Its ok if you don't play a lot on it. They will email you incentives to get you to come in. In the desert where my parents live, there are 4 casinos within 15 minutes... 2 you have to download the free money they automatically put on your card and 2 you have to start out with a dollar to get it going so to speak. 1 casino I get to swipe the card 3xs a week for $5-$1000 per time...normally getting only the $5 but lots of times I will get a free $10 and last week I got $20 2xs and I used to get $50 frequently but I haven't in quite awhile. Doc in answer to downloading the free money into a machine if you download it into vp 9/6 and play optimum you should make out about the same as what you downloaded. With the player club your return should bring you over 100%. Ya know? Bottom line is we know there is no such thing as a free lunch. Don't think that all the gifts and all the money is free.
