Due to a glitch on my computer my insurance on bob was set to no and just bankrupted me for over 300,000 points. I haven’t had a zero bank balance in years. Any gifts would be greatly appreciated.

Conversion Conversion I had a winaday conversion today but my points haven't been taken and no conversion email. Problems today or am I being impatient
