The reason I am writing is that I sent a message to I guess it would be "Support," regarding trouble a friend of mine is having completing his registration. Could you have a "looksy" and let me know what you find out regarding what the problem is and why he has been unable to register? I would really appreciate it.
** sidenote: my friend has sent several messages himself regarding the issue but has never received a response.
