Deposit question for US Players @ Slotland & Winaday

My bank has finally done it and blocked my card from being used at my two favorite (and only) online casinos -Slotland and Winaday! I haven't had a problem since day one and now...pftttttt!

What do other US players here at GG do for depositing at these two casinos?

Thank you for your input. I am grateful. :)

I'm still using my bank's debit/atm card with no problems. I bank at Wells Fargo, and my debit/atm card is a visa. Is your's a visa or master card. That's could make a difference because the processor may not be set up to process master card. Just a thought. Did you contact Slotland and ask them why, maybe live chat can process a deposit live online.

Hope you find out.

That's scary...what state do you live in? I always worry as I play a lot and have a lot of transactions from all different "names" and then credit backs to my credit cards as well as Slotland and Winaday fund deposits (when I win).

I hope this is just a hiccup and things will get cleared up for you.

The first and only time they credited it back to my atm/debit card was last month when I didn't cash out over $100. At that time they said they wasn't set up to issue checks for under $100 and were working on it, so I believe that they returned my winnings through a atm/debit transaction that I used to make a deposit at Slotland earlier that month. Then last week I still didn't have enough withdrawal to receive a check through the mail, and the only atm/debit transaction made previously was a $40 transaction and the withdrawal was for $60, so there was no way they would be able to reverse the debit transaction. So I believe that they thought the only way for me to receive my withdrawal was through a paypal transfer, otherwise there would have been no way to process my withdrawal, so I am thankful that I was able to provide them with that information.

I believe since it's a new card processing company using a new bank (based in Arizona), there are still a lot of bugs to work out. I think the card processing company is in China, so I think there are a lot of government regulations and options to be worked out with all of the banking options. So I am hopeful that you were just going through a glitch, or it is taking a little longer for your bank to process transaction to and from a China company.

I hope things work out. Good luck

I use my banks debit card and mastercard, just recently my problem is they are no longer sending me a check from US and my bank holds Canadian checks for 30 days and charges $30 and to wire it $ 15. I am hoping this is temporary, as Slotland and Winaday are the only casinos i deposit at.

I think they will eventually work everything out. Like I said in my earlier post, with the new processor based in China, and the banking and financial institutions in Arizona, it will take a while to sort through all of the government red tape and deciding what payment methods will be able to use. At least that's my opinion. Before the new changes the process would be a check for anything under 2400, and a direct depost for anything over 2400. If the cash out was under 125 then the check was sent by US Mail, but if it was over 125 it would be sent Fed-ex.

Then last monh was when I got the first email (or should I say warning) from Slotland and Win A Day that they will no longer be sending deposit verification informatin via emai. After that my first withdrawal was returning the funds back to my atm/debit card.

Then the last one, I was sent an email saying that they couldn't send a check and asked if I want the money sent to my paypal account. I sent them my paypal email address and recieved my funds.

The most recent withdrawal (which was requested today for Tuesday) gave me two options for payment. 1) was a check sent to my home address, and the 2nd) was to my paypal account.

They actual have it listed and saved in my banking section under withdrawals are CHECK PAYPAL.

I think that someone at gonegambling should maybe look into the changes, options, and if or how it could effect gonegambling depositers.

Good luck everyone

play big, spin a lot, and win the big bucks.

Well I've been waiting for a pending withdrawal that was to be processed by Monday evening at 23:59 PDT. Everytime I had a withdrawal, I always have received an email by Tuesday afternoon stating that my withdrawal has been processed, and is on it's way. This time i didn't receive the email and when I went to the site, it still shows payment pending.

krystalkitty, you stated that you had a withdrawal pending for Tuesday, did they process your withdrawal already, and if they did, did you get an email?

I will contact them first thing in the morning.\

I a response from the Billing department after I made the inquiry. Here is there reply

Thank you for contacting us. I will be happy to clarify your concern.

Please be advised that since the latest system revamp scheduled for 08/17/2015, it now works as follows;

All withdrawals are processed on Tuesday (no change here) and remain pending until we hear from FedEx regarding the Tracking Numbers (which is new). Once we receive your Tracking Number, we will send you an automatic withdrawal receipt including your FedEx Tracking Number so you can follow your package online.

With that in mind, I don't think it should take FedEx very long to sene a tracking number. Almost all FedEx packages have those on them, but Slotland never supplied that in their withdrawal email.

I just checked my email with my tracking number. I am so happy that Slotland is still number one in my books with regards to reliable payouts.

This was included in the "Withdrawal Processed" email.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If information regarding the origin of the payment is required, then please state "Internet services/purchase refund." If further details are requested, then please contact us before proceeding.
Checks are issued in USD by a Canadian bank and thus must be posted as foreign. Most major US banks are able to cash foreign checks following a special procedure. Please note that the check cannot be deposited through ATM. Due to high fees, we do not recommend stores that specialize in cashing checks.

Just read that in my email. Well, that SUCKS!!! I do not bank at a major bank since I live in a small town. Well, will see what happens....:( Guess I can tell them it's a refund from Ebay. Really, it's come down to me have to tell a lie? Don't like that! Sorry Slotland:(
